Statement re statutory amalgamation

Announcement of an amalgamation within WM Housing Group

Further to the announcement made on 7 November 2018, the Boards of WM Housing Group Limited [parent entity], Whitefriars Housing Group Limited, West Mercia Homes Limited, Optima Community Association Limited and Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Limited resolved to proceed with a statutory amalgamation at their meetings earlier this week.

Shareholder Special General Meetings will be held in March 2019 where shareholders will be asked to vote on the amalgamation proposals. A further update will be issued following the Special General Meetings.
