PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Company") confirms that following the issue of 70,333,334 ordinary shares on 25 September 2009, the total ordinary shares in issue is 386,907,464 with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in PLUS Markets Group plc is 386,907,464.
