Statement Re. Share Price Movement
Kolar Gold notes the Company's share price during today's trading. The Directors confirm that they know of no reason for the share price movement.
The Company also notes that a number of investors have acquired shareholdings that have been notified under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code and are disclosed on the Company's website at www.kolargold.com.au
On 08 December 2015, Kolar Gold announced that it was reviewing its strategic options with the intention of considering all available opportunities for maximising value for shareholders.
This review is ongoing. The Company is assessing a number of potential options and will report to shareholders as soon as the process is complete. In the meanwhile, the Company remains in an Offer Period under the Takeover Code.
