Net Asset Value and Interim Dividend

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC confirm that the unaudited net asset value of the Company as at 31 August 2015 was 66.0p per Ordinary Share, compared to 67.5p as at 28 February 2015 prior to the payment of the final dividend of 3.5p per share in respect of the year then ended.

The Directors declare that an interim dividend of 2.4p per Ordinary Share (comprising 1.1p of revenue and 1.3p of capital), in respect of the year ending 29 February 2016 (2015: 2.4p), be paid on 27 November 2015 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 30 October 2015.

In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1, and further to the information disclosed above, the Directors confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information (as defined by Section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) that the Directors and the Company may have in their possession relating to the Company during the period leading up to the announcement of its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2015 has been notified to a regulatory information service.
