Statement re Litigation

PNC Telecom PLC ("the Company") Outcome of Litigation

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the successful litigation in the High Court in London and the settlement in the Company's case against a former Director of the Company, Mr Geremy Thomas, announced on 6 August 2007, the Company received a payment of ‚£350,000 on 19 October 2007. The total amount that has been paid in compensation to date is ‚£572,088.81 (before expenses).

The case against the other former Director of the Company, Mr Nigel Etherington, is still ongoing.
