The Board of Mobeus & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that the Companyintends to offer to shareholders the opportunity to participate in an enhancedbuyback facility (EBF) in 2013. The facility will provide shareholders with theopportunity to sell some or all of their shares in the VCT back to the Companyand re-invest the proceeds in new shares in the Company.

Full terms of the EBF are expected to be provided to shareholders in the firstquarter of 2013, at which point a further announcement will be made.
