Close of Offer

The directors announce that the Offer will close in accordance with its terms on Friday (30 April 2010). Should a prospective investor wish to subscribe for Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Offer, applications will continue to be accepted by Capita Registrars in accordance with the procedures set out on the application forms, alternatively applications can be delivered by hand to the offices of Calculus Capital at 104 Park Street, London W1K 6NF by no later than 10.00 a.m. on 30 April 2010.
