Update re Annual Report and Financial Statements
Further to the announcements of 8, 19 and 25 June 2018, the Board of Better Capital PCC Limited (the "Company"), having met earlier today, advises that it has resolved to delay the release of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 ("Annual Report") until after 7 July 2018.
As previously announced in the RNS dated 25 June 2018, the parties have agreed that, if the Competition and Markets Authority (the "CMA") does not approve the disposal of Northern Aerospace Limited ("NAL") to Gardner Aerospace Holdings Limited ("Gardner") (the "Disposal") by 7 July 2018, the Disposal will be terminated. As a result of the uncertainty during this period, the Board considers that it is in the best interests of the Company's shareholders to delay the release of the Annual Report until there is greater clarity regarding the outcome of the Disposal.
