2018 Annual Report, Chairman’s Letter and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 and Form of Proxy

Irish Continental Group plc (“ICG” or the “Company”) has today published its 2018 Annual Report, Chairman’s Letter and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 and Form of Proxy. Copies of the documents are available to be viewed and downloaded online from the Company’s website www.icg.ie.

Copies of the documents are being posted to those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communications.

Copies of the above documents will be submitted to Euronext Dublin (the Irish Stock Exchange) and the UK National Storage Mechanism.
