Statement on the release of Q3 IMS

Bumi plc will bring forward its Q3 IMS to Monday 4th November, previously scheduled for 7th November, in order that it can be incorporated in the circular to shareholders relating to the proposed transaction to effect the separation of the Company from the Bakrie Group and PT Bumi Resources Tbk. The circular is expected to be distributed to shareholders next week.
