Statement on Plantation Place

Stobart Group Limited acknowledges the statement made today by Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited regarding Plantation Place, London EC3 and is considering its position on this matter.

Stobart has 22.0% interest in this joint venture property, which is non-core and is a discontinued operation, and there is no cash flow impact of this development. The Board has previously announced its intention to dispose of this joint-venture property interest when the market presents the right opportunity.
