NOTICE

Moscow, October the 2nd 2018

IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), in accordance with its obligations and disclosure requirements under DTR and the Market Abuse Regulation makes the disclosure of the following information:

The Statement of claim was filed by Open Joint-Stock Company "Nar'yan-Marseismorazvedka" to IGSS for collection of debt from the Company in the amount of 67 700 000 rubles which arose from the obligations of the parties under the Sale and Purchase agreement for 1 (one) registered share of "Holding Company "GEOTECH" JSC, concluded by the parties on 27th April 2015 year.

On 25th September 2018 the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow has issued a ruling on accepting of the Statement of claim, on preparation of the case for trial and scheduling the preliminary hearing for 29th October 2018.
