IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), in accordance with its obligations and disclosure requirements under DTR and the Market Abuse Regulation makes the disclosure of the following information:

The Statement of claim was filed to the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow on 27th November 2018 by "Holding Company "GEOTECH" Joint-stock company to IGSS for collection of debt from the Company in the amount of more than 400 000 000 rubles which arose from the obligations under the loan agreements concluded by the parties.
