Goldman Sachs International, acting as the Stabilization Manager in connection with the initial public offering of TI Fluid Systems plc (the "Company"), has today informed the Company that the following stabilization measures were carried out during the stabilization period from 25 October 2017 until 23 November 2017 in relation to the ordinary shares of TI Fluid Systems plc (ISIN GB00BYQB9V88), which started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 25 October 2017:

In addition, TI Fluid Systems plc was informed that, on 23 November 2017, the Stabilization Manager had exercised the greenshoe option granted by a selling shareholder (Bain Capital) in connection with over-allotments for 5,645 shares of TI Fluid Systems plc.
