Shareholding in the Company

The Company was notified on 17 April 2009 that, as at close of business on 15 April 2009, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited had an interest with direct voting rights in 51,239,670 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 11.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company. The Company was also notified on 21 April 2009 that, as at close of business on 17 April 2009, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited had an interest with direct voting rights in 55,832,687 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 12.49% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 16 April 2009 that, as at close of business on 15 April 2009, Deutsche Bank AG no longer had a notifiable interest in the Company.
