Shareholding in the Company
The Company was notified on 31st July 2008 that, as at close of business on 30th July 2008, GLG Partners LP, had an interest with direct voting rights in 70,711,307 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company, representing 15.997% of the total issued share capital of the Company and on the 1st August, 2008, the Company was notified that as at close of business on the 31st July 2008 GLG Partners LP had an interest with direct voting rights in the Company, representing 32,861,838 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company, representing 7.43% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 4th August 2008 that, as at close of business on 31st July 2008, Lansdowne Partners Limited had an interest with direct voting rights in 47,208,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 10.68% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
