SHAREHOLDER UPDATE

Dear Shareholders

As previously discussed, the Board committed to updating shareholders on the Company's portfolio monetisation strategy and the ensuing plan for the orderly liquidation of the Company.We are pleased to announce that the previously mentioned sale of the Vision FCVS RJ Fund to Vision has now progressed to the final stages of legal completion, and we expect to sign a definitive agreement within the next few weeks. This transaction is expected to trigger a redemption payment from the Vision RJ Cayman Fund to ALF and the other shareholders in the Vision FCVS RJ Fund.

Following completion of that transaction, the Board will seek to sell the Vision Special Credit Opportunities Eletrobras Fund in the secondary market. We anticipate that the process will progress relatively quickly since indicative bids for the asset have already been received.The proceeds from both these transactions will be combined to facilitate a final distribution to shareholders. At that point, the Board intends to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to seek shareholder approval for the Company to enter voluntary liquidation.The Board expects to provide a further update in the near future once a definitive legal agreement has been signed.
