Shareholder Requisition Notice
TruSpine Technologies Plc, the medical device company focused on the spinal (vertebral) stabilisation market, announces that it has received a requisition notice from a shareholder group proposing certain changes to the Board. The Company has now received advice regarding the validity of the requisition notice, which has been confirmed as invalid. The requisitioning shareholders have been informed and shareholders are advised to take no action at this time.
