Shareholder Notification

The Company was informed on 26 September 2012 that on 25 September 2012, Hawkeye Capital Management acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 2.35p per share. Following this acquisition, Hawkeye Capital Management has an interest in 53,013,471 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 18.9% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr. Rayan Joshi is an analyst at Hawkeye Capital Management and a non-executive Director of the Company.
