Acquisition of Shares

The Board of The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar") announces that it has today acquired 34,100,000 ordinary 1p shares in The Advantage Property Trust Limited for 15p per share and a total consideration of £5,141,000.

Following this transaction, Conygar now owns a total of 41,250,000 shares being 28.9% of the issued share capital.
