Cancellation of Treasury Shares

The Company purchased, on 2 October 2016, in the market, 400,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in CMG ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70.00p per Ordinary Share.

The Company also announces that the Board of Directors has resolved to cancel the 400,000 Ordinary Shares and the 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

Following the above repurchase and cancellation, the Company has 24,011,357 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue, which is the total number of voting rights and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
