Town Centre Securities PLC ("the Company")

The Company has today received notification that, on 30 June 2011, the Trustees of TCS Trustees Limited purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of £1.86 per share. As a result of this purchase the holding of TCS Trustees Limited in the Company is 222,610 shares, representing 0.42% of the total shares in issue.
