Share Purchase by Chairman
Alderley Park, 25 April 2018 Redx (AIM: REDX), the drug discovery and development company focused on cancer and fibrosis, announces that it has been notified that Iain Ross, Executive Chairman, has today acquired 150,000 Redx ordinary shares at a price of 11 pence per share. Following this, Mr Ross will hold 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.47 per cent. of the issued share capital.
