Share Price Movement 

EAM notes the movement today in the Company's share price, and speculation that the Company has been awarded a contract.

EAM would like to take this opportunity to remind shareholders that the Company is classified as an investing company under the AIM Rules as announced on 9 January 2009. As such, it is not a trading company and is not in a position to be awarded contracts of any kind.
