Re: Share price movement

The Directors of Rift Oil plc today note the movement in the Company's share price.

The Company is drilling the Puk Puk-1 well and as of the 14 May 2008, had reached 68 metres, with significant further drilling required to reach the planned target depth.

On this basis, the Company know of no reason why its share price has moved today.
