Share Pledge by a Director
On 1 October 2012 Godfrey Davis, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, entered into a loan agreement whereby 125,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the company ("Ordinary Shares") held by him were pledged as security in favour of Barclays Bank PLC.
The Company has now been informed that this pledge has been released. Godfrey Davis's beneficial interest in the Company consists of 713,490 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.2% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
