Share Option Awards to Directors and PDMRs

On 11 April 2011, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") was informed that the following directors and persons displaying managerial responsibilities (PDMR) were granted nil cost options over ordinary shares in the Company. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. Subject to the satisfaction of the performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company, the awards will vest on the third anniversary of grant.
