Share Issue - Director's Share Dealing

 

As disclosed on his appointment, a portion of the fees payable for the services of Mr Greg James, a non-executive director of GCM Resources plc (GCM), is to be settled by the issue of shares. Consequently, GCM has today allotted 3,750 ordinary shares to the company through which Mr Greg James provides services to GCM and in which he is beneficially interested. Following this allotment he has a beneficial interest in 36,250 ordinary shares in GCM. Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 25 May 2011.
