10 March 2014VinaLand LimitedShare buybackVinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 7 March 2014, pursuant to the share buyback authority added to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association on 10 December 2010 and in accordance with the terms referenced in the share buyback programme update announcement on 24 January 2014, the Company purchased 750,000 Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 each at an average price of USD0.515 per share.Following this transaction, VNL has spent USD11.7 million overall repurchasing 22,717,395 shares which have been cancelled. This represents 4.54 percent of the Company's 499,967,622 Ordinary Shares in issue prior to the beginning of the share buyback program and as a result, total voting rights in the Company have been reduced to 477,250,227.
