VinaLand LimitedShare buybackVinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 17 April 2015, pursuant to the share buyback authority added to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association on 10 December 2010, the Company purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 each at an average price of USD0.5175 per share.Following these transactions, VNL has spent USD37.1 million overall repurchasing 68,187,402 shares which have been cancelled.
