Senior Management Changes: Tony Combe Appointed Chief Operating Officer

Highly experienced Motive CTO takes on new responsibilities

London 3 May 2013: Motive Television has appointed Tony Combe, currently Motive's Chief Technology Officer, as Chief Operating Officer reporting to the CEO. He will retain the CTO role he has held since March 2011. As COO Tony Combe will be responsible for managing and coordinating all operating departments of Motive including engineering, product development, marketing and sales.

Mr Combe is a highly experienced technology executive with nearly twenty years' in senior level management positions at several international companies. In the past two years, under his technical direction, Motive has extended and developed its Television Anytime Anywhere technology for three major broadcasters and introduced the new Mocast and Tablet TV products. Previously, Tony Combe was co-founder and CEO of NXV Limited, where he managed the development of the recently patented NXVision place-shifting technology. Earlier, he served as Commercial Director and Technical Director of Infinite Data Storage Limited (IDS) where he created products for Sony, IBM, HP, and Imation.

Leonard M Fertig, CEO of Motive commented: "Tony has performed outstandingly in his technical leadership at Motive and the Board of Directors are confident he will excel in his new responsibilities. He has the combination of management skills, marketplace innovation, and technical knowhow needed to help lead Motive to its next stage of development."

Separately, David Woodman, who has served as Managing Director The Americas since September 2011, is leaving to take on a new role at a major US broadcaster. We wish him well in his new responsibilities. Len Fertig will assume David Woodman's responsibilities until a replacement is appointed.
