Senior Management Change

Compre Group Holdings Limited, the Bermuda-domiciled international specialty reinsurance group, announces that Simon Hawkins, Chief Operating Officer, will leave the business with effect from 31 August 2026.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Hawkins for his significant contribution to the development of the Group over the past eight years and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.

The Group also announces that Benjamin Kaplan has replaced Derrick Estes as Non-Executive director representing BCi on the Board.
