Headline: Senior Management Change at Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc

Friday 17th July 2015.  

Permanent TSB has announced that Jerold Williamson, the Group Chief Risk Officer will step down in the coming months to return to the UK for family reasons and to pursue other interests closer to home.

Jeremy Masding, CEO, expressed his regret at Jerold's decision to step down at this time and thanked him for the enormous contribution he has made in the two years that he has spent with the Group and wished him every success for the future.

The Group confirms that a recruitment and selection process to find a replacement for Jerold will commence immediately and that an announcement in this regard will be made at the earliest opportunity.
