Senior Management Appointments

Sigma, the property and urban regeneration specialist, is pleased to announce the appointments of Graeme Reay and Matthew Townson as Associate Directors to both Sigma Capital Property Limited and Sigma Inpartnership Limited (Sigma's property management and regeneration subsidiaries, respectively).

Graeme joined Sigma in February 2013 and has over 25 years' experience in the property industry in a variety of senior roles, latterly in private residential development but also in the public sector. He has a well established track record in residential project management, from site development to project completion. Graeme is a qualified chartered surveyor and is Head of the Planning, Development and Environmental Professional Group Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Scotland.

Matthew, a qualified chartered surveyor, joined Sigma Inpartnership Limited seven years ago as Development Manager and has implemented a broad range of property development schemes, from preparation of sites for development through to their completion. Matthew is currently focused on Sigma's regeneration activities, especially the delivery of the schools programmes in North Solihull and Liverpool.
