CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS", the "Company") SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENT

CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Whiteley as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 October 2009.

John has a strong financial and property background. He has a degree in Accounting and Business Finance from Manchester University and is a chartered accountant. He was Finance Director of Great Portland Estates Plc for ten years and most recently was Finance Officer for Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate.
