SEGRO COMPLETES SALE OF ENERGY PARK MILAN FOR €118.7 MILLION

Further to its announcement dated 10 March 2015, SEGRO plc confirms that it has completed the sale of Energy Park, Milan, to Hines Italia SGR for €118.7 million (£85.4 million, based on an exchange rate of €1.39:£1).
