Declaration of Second Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2020 of 2.25p per Ordinary share of No Par Value (second interim for 2019: 2.25p). The second interim dividend will be payable on 21 August 2020 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 31 July 2020, ex-dividend date 30 July 2020.

In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the level of the remaining two dividends for 2020 will be considered at each quarter end, at which point an announcement will be made by the Company. There are healthy revenue reserves built up over the past decade that the Board will consider using as appropriate. Any decision as to whether this will be utilised (and by how much) will be taken at the time of each dividend declaration.

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Link Asset Services, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP will be 31 July 2020.
