Scrip Dividend Reference Price

Following the declaration of a dividend by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 7 September 2010 in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2010 ("Final Dividend") payable on 8 October 2010 to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 September 2010, a Scrip Dividend Offer has been made.

The Scrip Dividend Reference Price has been calculated as being 19.95 pence, being the average of mid-market closing prices for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on 8 September 2010, the ex-dividend date.
