Scrip dividend price
In relation to the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2014 of 9p per share, which has a scrip alternative, the ordinary shares were declared ex-dividend on 18 June 2015.
Accordingly, the scrip reference share price which the scrip alternative is based on (the average of the closing middle market quotations for the Company’s ordinary shares for the five dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date) is 332.50p.
