Subject: Order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in the matter of Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Tata Steel Limited and Tata Metaliks Limited and their respective shareholders

This is further to our disclosures dated September 22, 2022, August 10, 2023 andJanuary 11, 2024 in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Tata Steel Limited ('Company') and Tata Metaliks Limited and their respective shareholders ('Scheme of Amalgamation'), under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules framed thereunder.

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench had pronounced the order on January 11, 2024, approving and sanctioning the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation.

This is to inform you that the Company has received the certified true copy of the abovementioned order today, i.e., January 16, 2024, and the same is enclosed herewith.

This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
