Sberbank negotiations
The Board of Urals Energy has become aware of rumours that the Company's negotiations with Sberbank regarding its loan facilities have ended.
The Company remains in talks with Sberbank at this time and continues to target a mutually satisfactory conclusion by the end of October 2008. Further announcements will be made when appropriate.
