Sinosoft Technology plc18 December 2006 Sinosoft Technology plc ("Sinosoft" or the "Company") Sales contract with Dell Sinosoft, the China based developer and provider of software and IT solutions toChinese regional and national government agencies and export enterprises, ispleased to announce that it has entered into a sales contract, with an initialvalue of RMB 9.73 million (approximately US$1.2 million), with Dell ChinaCompany Limited ("Dell China"), a Chinese subsidiary of Dell Inc, a worldleading computer systems company. The contract was signed on 15 December 2006, pursuant to which Sinosoft willsell a package of its Information Integration software products to Dell Chinafor resale to Dell China's corporate and government customers. The softwareproducts' IP is owned by Nanjing Skytech Co. Ltd which is a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Sinosoft. Ms Xin, Chief Executive of Sinosoft commented, "The signing of this contractprovides the Company's first sale to Dell China. We are pleased to haveestablished this business relationship with Dell China and believe that thiscontract will lead to further sales opportunities for Sinosoft".
