Yule Catto is an international producer of speciality chemicals, supplied to global customers for use in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, paints and adhesives

Further to the announcement made on 21 July, Yule Catto & Co plc confirms that the sale of Holliday Pigments SA, Holliday Pigments International SA, Holliday France SA and Holliday Chemical Espana SA to Rockwood Specialities Group Inc for a cash consideration of €46 million has been successfully completed.
