In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, it had 85,681,135 ordinary shares of £0.003 each in issue and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (and held no shares in treasury). Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company at the above date was 85,681,135.
