RULE 2.9 ANNOUNCEMENT
ZPG Plc announces for the purposes of Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers that at the close of business on 24 June 2018 it had in issue 438,551,669 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (excluding ordinary shares held in treasury). The ISIN code for the shares is GB00BMHTHT14.
The increase in the number of ordinary shares that are not held in treasury results from the transfer of 45,378 shares out of treasury and registered to Foxtons Limited on 25 June 2018 for the purposes of satisfying an exercise of member share warrants, at a price of £0.001 per Ordinary share, held by Foxtons Limited.
