Risk Committee Change

Pursuant to Listing Rule LR.9.6.11, Saga plc ("the Company") announces that Orna NiChionna (Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and member of its Audit, Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees), will succeed Ray King, as Chair of the Risk Committee (the "Committee) with effect from 24 June 2015.

Ray King will step down as the Risk Committee Chairman but will remain as a member of the Committee.

There are no changes to Committee memberships other than those outlined above.
