RIGHTS ISSUE CANCELLED AND COMPANY RESTRUCTURE

AIM and ASX listed Wildhorse Energy Limited ('WHE' or 'the Company') announces that, following its announcement dated 11th August 2014, regarding the withdrawal of the Singapore Exchange listed Linc Energy Ltd from the proposed coal sale transaction contemplated by the Heads of Agreement, the Company has cancelled the current non-renounceable rights issue. All funds submitted to the Company will be returned to subscribing shareholders.

The Company now plans to conduct a review and possible restructuring of its board, operations and strategy, details of which will be announced in due course.
