Revised Form of Proxy

TomCo Energy plc announces that a revised form of proxy in respect of its Annual General Meeting, to be held at 2.00 p.m. on 9 May 2018, at The Century Club, 61-63 Shaftsbury Avenue, London W1D 6LQ, has been uploaded to the Company's website. The amendments to the form of proxy are to correct a typographical error in resolutions 2 and 3.

The formal notice and revised form of proxy are both available on the Company's website at www.tomcoenergy.uk.com/agm2018, and hard copies of the revised form of proxy have been posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive postal notifications.
