Return of Cash

SPARK announces that further to the announcement made on 7 April 2014, there are now 418,845,689 ordinary shares eligible to participate in the return of cash announced on 4 April 2014. Accordingly, the return of cash of an amount equivalent to 4.5 pence per existing ordinary share now equates to an aggregate amount of approximately £18.8 million. There are no other changes to the terms of the return of cash as set out in the Circular to shareholders on 4 April 2014.
