Results of External Audit Tender

 

PageGroup plc (the "Company") announces that following a competitive tender process, the Audit Committee has recommended and the Board has approved retaining Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as the Company's auditor.

 

The tender process was led by the Audit Committee and was conducted in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and guidance. The Board will propose the re-appointment of EY as external auditors for the year ending 31 December 2021 at the Company's Annual General Meeting in June 2021.

 

The Board would like to thank EY for its continued contribution as the Group's auditor, and the other firms that took part in the tender process for the time and commitment invested.
